any june 27th message or 22-24 Lud got approved recently

I am one of whom LUD changed between 22-24th june. and my messages changed on July 14th to " on June 27, 2004 we received..." also my case was missing on phone system.

I am still waiting my approval .


Any one at the same boat.
any one got approved recntly with this situation

I got approved on 07/13/04 and had the same message "on Jun 27, 2004....."

For me too the same message, my LUDs were June 21,24,27,28,30, July 1.
Message is the same:

On June 27, 2004, your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status was received here for processing. It is taking between 660 and 660 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.

the 797 for 485 application receipt says RD is June 17 2004 with a notice date of June 21 with a WAC041865****..
I only hope they havent transferred it to some office ..
So I think i can start worrying abt it, say sometime in December 2005 ??

I have the same msg "On June 27th..." since 7/13 and had the same LUD change dates on 6/22,23,24....Still waiting after 7 LUD changes :(

My LUD is 7/16/04, after 6/22-23-24. The message is the same old, same old, "We received....between 660 days and 660 days......"

Now I surmise that, during the three days (6/22-24), somebody ran a program to identify the cases that had not been approved. Then each identified-case was assigned to an IIO. Now it's the IIO who handles the case. Unfortunately, mine is assigned to a lazy, fat-ass moron, and she finally picks up my case after more than three weeks. Some lucky guys whose cases were assigned to efficient IIOs have been approved.

Why do I think this way? Because LUD changed in the wee hours of the morning on 6/22-23-24 (hence, I conjecture, no human was involved), but between 9:30am and 11:00am on 7/16 (similarly, I thought, a warm body is touching my case).

LUD history : 6/24,6/29,7/2 (after an enquiry), 7/16 (after an enquiry).
After the second enquiry, the IIO suggested not to call them often.

my message changed after I called IIO and made a phone inquiry.

I called IIO again and to;d them about this message the lady was surprised about it. she tried to send nother inquiry but her system refuse.

Please note that our online status still shows "On June 27th...." and our cases are still missing on the USCIS phone -- so all of you out there, u might just be recving your approval notices by snail mail soon! So, hang in there!

I am also in the waiting list - LUD changed between 22-24th june. Message changed on July 5th to " on June 27, 2004 we received..."
LUD changed again on 07/20. No change in msg.

Congrats sunnybell and good luck to you. I have the same status message as you and my case also is missing in the automated messaging system. Hence, it gives me a some hope.
