I just get an email from FBI sais that:
This is in reference to your facsimile dated August 30, 2004, concerning your immigration status. The FBI completed a record check for you today, September 21st, and the results were forwarded to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
I guess that may be the check form FBI cause the delay.
my details are
1st I140 (97, 1 and half years denied)
2nd I140 (Jun, 2001)
RD I-485 (April 2002)
FP1, FP2 done
EAD1 EAD2 EAD3 done
RD REF (June 6, 2004)
started calling UCIS and fax FBI, just got the email from FBI as above
