Any July,01 cases with RFE approved ???

thanks bud..I appreciate ur help..

I had no clue either,as my lawyer was handling all this, but since INS never got the response,I called IIO,and he was really nice actually, and he explained this red-stripe crap to me.
He said unless it's in that envelope, they get over 35K (yup,35 thousand) mails a week, and it takes over 2 mos to clear..
That;s when I learnt that the "red" envelope is the most impt thing to distinguish an RFE response with regular mail, and am confused
I am screwed I guess...
Thanks for all ur help folks...u guys ROCK!!

Don't panic. Do you no good. First thing first, ring your lawyer up and ask him about the red tape thing. Ask him if it is true that needs to be included when responding the RFE. Then pressure him to resend the RFE telling him that most folks who had sent after you had already had their case updated, indicating NSC had received it. Chances are, what the IIO is right about the red-stripped thing especially they have bajilions of mail daily. Also make sure that he does not forget the RFE request letter that needs to go ontop. I went home for lunch and double check that). That RFE request from NSC needs to be included in the reply package. Get the tracking number from your lawyer and then keep fingers and toes cross that they receive it this time.

Stay cool,
