Any July,01 cases with RFE approved ???

There are lot of July,2001 cases still pending and some are waiting after RFE for a while. Please post here if any one got approval.


My case is July and waiting from last more than 4 months after RFE reply to Great Nebraska.

Same here, Ind061973. Have you contacted any Senators? I am thinking of contacting the Senator, dunno if they have any help. Have you spoken to any IIOs recently?
 
Calling IIO is a waste of time. But still I called so many times and recently I called on Friday and she told my case is with an offr and they are process is very very slow.

Let me know if you find any info from IIO or senator

SAME HERE. SPOKE WITH AN IIO LAST WEDNESDAY, TOLD ME THAT THE CASE IS ASSIGNED TO OFFICER ON 1/13/03. MY ND 07/01 AND RFE RESPONSE RECEIVED BY INS ON 11/02.

STILL WAITING AND PEOPLE WITH ND 09/01 ARE GETTING APPROVED WHERE AS WE WITH MUCH EARLIER DATE ARE STILL WAITING.
 
My RD is 05/15/2001
ND is 06/28/2002

Whenever is call them always get the same old reply "Your CASE is pending" :(

No idea what is happening....................!
 
It seems Nebraska is approving 1 or 2 case per day. But I didn't see any July case approvals. May be they are all with one officer.
 
Yes, I think they are all with the single officer who went to bathroom and fell in the sink (s)he sat at to dump. I am sure Director Way will find a good substitute for the lost one.
 
Yeah it looks like all the July cases are with one officer.

I talked to IIO on Friday and she told me that my file is pending with an officer and he is reviewing my case.

I don't know what the heck is that.

Let's hope we all don't have to do the second FP. Looks like yesterday or the day before approvals are all September RDs? Seems whoever that handle our cases seem to be delaying! Goodness know what is going on that IIO? Anyone tried contacting Senator yet? Geeze...I think I remember my LIN # better than my own SSN #!! That's pathetic!

My case has been approved. I have been a silent reader. This forum has been of great help always. It does have wealth of immigration related information. I felt it is my time now to contribute and give positive hopes to all!!

My RD, ND was June/July 2001
RFE in June 2002 (Emp Verification)
Replied in June 2002
Got approved Feb 2003.

Hi Indo / BPBGH...

It is good to see that some with June RD / July ND got approved. Mine is the similar situation.. and still waiting. It is great that people are getting approved but at the same time it is painful to see that people with RD/ND after us are being approved. Who knows when our turn will com...hopefullly this winter..

hi BPBP..Another question for you man..

well I am really worried now,as my RFE response has not been recvd yet by INS,and so I am thinking of resending it.
But I noticed the "red-striped" envelope sent by the INS is very small,and not big enough to accomodate the documents..
do they tape this envelope onto a larger one,or how does it work??
your help appreciated man..I am really getting worried now,as my last date of RFE response is looming

When the RFE was resent back, it was handled by my paralegal and lawyer. All I have seen is a fax copy of the RFE request that he faxed over to my company's immigration specialist, and she inter-office mailed it to me. Hence, I never handled them myself and am not too sure what you meant by the red-striped envelope. In fact, this is the first I have heard of that.

Those who received and sent their RFEs, can you help Jack Hannah with this red-stripped envelope he is talking about?
