Thanks for your reply. Atleast we know now VSC is working on cases rather than sort mail. Has the AVM been updated for RFE recvd in your case. Did you get a receipt notice for your RFE.
I haven\'t got any RFE so far and it is the same 365-540 message everyday. Hope they haven\'t issued a RFE for me and that sneaky little Pain in the neck isn\'t hibernating in the mailroom.

My RFE was issued on the 31st of May and was replied back by the 6th of June....AVM never got updated about the RFE nor has recorded the receipt of RFE....basically the AVM is a highly misleading setup.
Nothing yet, after that.

You are back. What happened to the apology to the fellow members on this board for your stupid statement on PD about two weeks ago. Did u see what happened then? Priority Dates are current for everyone now. Do u have any honesty or integrity in posting such a stupid posting, saying EB3 dates will retrogate ? By the way, Did that web site usavisa.com pay u any pennies for marketing???
For whom don\'t know this guy: here is the scoop, this America person posted a message on all over the net, saying Priority Dates for EB3 will retrogate in July as per Dept of State, and redirected to a web site which is a pure business oriented, may be his uncle\'s or someone else\'s.......
Now he came back some other statements. Just Ignore this person.

Today, the AVM was updated about my RFE....now it says "On May 31st, we mailed you a letter requesting additional information in this case".....
The funny thing is that I had replied to the RFE almost 2 weeks back, and now they have updated the issuance of the RFE.

In my case, the RFE was issued on 06/01, I replied back on 06/12,
the AVM was updated yesterday night i.e 06/19, saying that they
received a response on 06/15, however in my wife\'s case the
AVM was just updated to we sent a request for further evidence
on bla bla. Any info on how long it takes after sending
the RFE

In both my wife\'s and my cases, the RFE now says "We sent out a letter requesting additional.....". This is almost 2 weeks after we replied to it.
Till yesterday, it was saying the old "Your application to adjust to...." blah blah blah.
Basically this is a pointer on the efficiency of the AVM updation...don\'t rely on it...
