Any Jan-Feb 2002 RD/ND Approval-RFE ?

ND Feb 19 2002..Online status say 'notice sent for first FP' which was 20 months ago..never updated status that they recd 1st FP results..got another FP done Dec 18th..online status still the same..no RFE nothing online...anybody in same boat ? I am little bit concerned..

mine was Feb case and received an rfe.

Replied on 1/15. some of rfe's are merely to put into another long line when I see many rfes from Nov/Dec 01 sitting there.

This is kind of frustating while seeing Mar02/Apr02/May02 approval without any progress on earlier cases. Please post your updates if you have any. Please keep this thread continuing..

my friend's case

he is feb2002 too, he got second fp in last week of oct2003 and got rfe in november first/second week. I though mine will be same, but it is not true when comes to me. Last in the luck first in the bad l......

Besides: from Rupnet data, RD Jan, Feb, March 2002 are not moving (practically) since mid Dec'03. You can check recent RFE dates: mostly for RD April'02. :confused:
