Any Jan 2001 case not approved without RFE

thanks a bunch ...

I did check with IIO reg. 140.
IIO told me (this was 1 month back) they don\'t have it in the system and they requested the same from NVC.
Called NVC they have recd a letter from somewhere and they sent the 140 on 2nd Nov to INS...My guess is due to mail delays INS have not acknowledged the receipt of 140 file in their system at this point.

Hey there, what do I need to have when calling NVC? Do you still have NVC\'s number? Many thanks.

msg said received on ... till y/d then to approved in the evening
