I have had a lawyer to file my paperwork for me, so I'm not very sure when exactly did her mail out the application for me. But here is what I know:
USCIS received my application on June 16, 2005 (as states on the recepits of my I-130, I-485 etc.)
FP&Biomatric completed in aroung end of July.
Received travel document in the mail in early August (10?) but with a misspelled name. So had my lawyer to send it back for correction.
Received EAD in late August (29?)
Received corrected travel document on Oct.8
Received interview notice on November 8 (interview will be on Feb. 7)
My lawyer told me when we first applied that the interview won't come until about 15 months after USCIS received all the paperwork. Now that the interview comes in 7 months earlier, we just realised that we haven't started collected any "proofs" yet. Can you tell me what have you prepared so far?
