Any idea on the processing time of non-for-profit H1Bs?

HI everyone,
I would really appreciate if someone could give some info on these questions:
Any idea on the processing time of non-for-profit H1Bs? (Switching from a TN, so it would be change of status)
Would it take the same time as any other change of status?
Is it worth it to pay for premium processing?

Thanks

In general, I think it's worth it to pay for premium processing just because you know exactly how many days it should take for you to hear something about your case. Without it, you have no idea when you would hear from them.

My premium processing done a couple of weeks ago took 6 calendar days. It was for a new H1-B cap exempt (was previously already subject to the cap), with no change of status as I'm not currently in the country.

thank you.
I am wondering if regular processing is the same for exempt and non-exempt H1Bs
