Any idea on expiration of Fingerprinting and Medical check?

My I-485 application is in retrogressive mode. I did my medical check last May and fingerprinting last August. Is there any expiration date on either of them? If yes, will you suggest that I redo my medicals before it expires?
 
The EB2 cut-off date leaps again, and my date is approaching. Do you recommend taking another medical check before I get any notice from USCIS? Thanks.
 
I would wait

You can't go and give FP unless asked to. So, just sit tight and wait until your PD becomes current. Same with medic. If you are asked for a new set, then go ahead and get it done. Otherwise, just wait until dates become current.

Hi moved01 and others,
I signed my wife's medical form (I-693) and she signed mine. It was sent last year June. I figured it out just recently when I got these copies of medical forms from doctor's office.
Should I just wait wht INS says or try to correct it? What INS may say? I am little worried.
Please comment it..... .thanks...
