Any idea about this AVM from NVC

Wait for a few days more .. find out when the case was forwarded
to the consulate .
The NVC will also send your lwayer Pkt 3 forms ..
But you do not need to wait for that ..
once you know that the case has been sent to the consulate,
you can fill the Pkt 3 forms and send it off to the consulate..this
will save you some time ( cause the Pkt 3 does not always reach
the lawyer on time .. NVC mail delays ).
My 140 was approved on Aug 28th .
My case was sent to the Mumbai consulate on Sep 24th.
I could have sent my Pkt 3 forms to bbay in the send of Sep.
( BTW I never got Pkt 3 from NVC .. lost in the mail due to Anthrax )
I finally sent my Pkt 3 on Nov 15 ( i was waiting to get married .. I wanted my wifes name in Pkt 3 as well ) .
The consulate has informed me ( i called on the phone ) that my interview will probably be in Jan ..

Good to hear that you will get Jan interview. My case details are like this:
I-140 Approved 11/27 VSC.
Case RD at NVC 11/29 talked to the NVC operator. She confirmed my name and New Delhi consulate. Heard message on AVM that " Case is current and information will be sent to Attorney with in 4 to 6 weeks"
I do not know yet whether NVC created a case number or not? I will call on monday.
So just waiting for the case number from NVC then I want to submit my P3 by hand in New Delhi consulate by my friend in Delhi. I do not want to send them directly. So that they can enter my case details in the system right away.
