My H1B case online status says its approved and I'm waiting for the approval notice to receive. I was between jobs with out pay for 35 days and my attorney was saying the case may just get approved and not get extension. I was curious if it is approved for extension or just approved(in which case I need to go out of the country and come back). Does anybody know what will be the online status for approval for extension and just approval.
I see my case status as "This case has been approved. On March 31, 2004". Thanks in advance.
