Any I-824 approvals from NSC

srikandi, 824 is very uncertain.
Which consulate are you doing CP ?. Some consulates accept AC-140. Why don\'t you try AC-140 ?. Mumbai/Delhi accept AC-140 and Chennai accept in very limited cases. It\'s all depends on which consulate you are from.
As far as I-824 is concerned, I have seen people who got approved after 10 mos. Good Luck.

Thanks and sorry to bother you again on this.This is kind of very important to me right now so i have to do CP as quickly as possible.
My lawyer stated CP(New Delhi Consulate) on my I140 petition.Now i want to skip NVC as it is talking more than a month to get case number so that my lawyer can send P3 to New Delhi Consulate.
What are my options to do my CP asap as different people tells me different ideas ????

Has your case been accepted by ND for AC140 without I824?
In my case, I have I140 approved with CP option for Delhi Consulate but wanted to go for AC140 (to speed up the process) rather than the regular process through NVC. Can I apply AC140 without requiring to file I824? Is there anyone else who has done this?
