Hi!Everybody,

It's so painful and unbearable to take so long a waiting time over two years!
I got my family members approval notice for I-730 in Sept 2002 and they took the 1st interview in Feb this year, but it's over NINE months and nothing to be heard yet.

Any friend's family members coming recently? Please post your information.

Thank you and God bless you!

after I wrotte to the congressman, my case was transfered to on local office. I wait...... :( and I hope.

Cessy,

It's so depressed to hear your story. For I-730 cases,it's very rare for the USCIS to transfer files to a local office. There may be something to be discussed with you.So there might be an interview.Anyhow, hope you lucky and everything gos smoothly.

I730

My lawyer told me that the I730 is quickly processed in the twelve months prior to the I485 application. Why did you apply after you were granted asylum? Did someone experience something different to contradict this assertion? Thank
