Any I-140 pending for more than a year?

RD - 03/11/2002
1st RFE - 06/2002

Is there any one else who is in similar situation as mine?
 
Hi !
Mine is close to 10 1/2 months with no RFE so far. The wac-02-256-***** filed on 13th Aug 2002. Number 13 really seems to be unlucky :(

RFE RCVD on 06-DEC-2002....

Enquired couple of times... Came to know that, it might take 6-8 months from the RFE date...

Hope I will get an approval soon....:)

Enquires were filed twice may be only once. No news from attorney.

What caused you got second RFE? I am afraid if I get second one I would be dead.

By scanning many cases around that time period. It was found that there are a few I-140 cases still there. Roughly speaking seems pending cases are more than approved one. I only found one case was transfered to appeal and there is no denied case found yet. Looks like we need more patient. Once this over everybody will become immigration expert.

How did you conducted this survey? By known WAC# or is there other methods to find it. I am curious because the notice said 158-60 days will required. I thought it was a typo. So I waited until it was 260 days just to be sure I gave it enough time. Looks like enough is not enough.

i got 32 i-140 cases in 1000 scans of WAC-03-010

97% touched

8 (25%) approvals
1 (3%) withdrawn
13 (41%) RFE received
9 (28%) RFE sent
1 (3%) Received

I've added them to my db.
