Any I-140 cases pending since 2002?

Here is my info:--

EB2 I-140 ND: 06/12/2002; I-485 ND: 09/26/2002
Not a substitute Labor. Working with same employer for 6.5 years.
RFE (Comp.Financials) Issued: Jan 23rd 2004
RFE Replied: March 25th 2004
Website still shows that the RFE is issued; Attorney hasn't received the receipt notice.
Planning to do the 3rd EAD renewal in May.

I1485 RD 12/01/2002
EAD 1st Approved 02/03/2003
FP RD 03/04/2003
I140 RFE RD 09/04/2003
I140 RFE resonded RD 10/29/2003
EAD 2nd RD 01/013/2004 Still waiting for Approval

Are your cases come under skilled worker or professional, for
which the processing date shows Aug 06, 2003 ?

Is there any reason for the delay? It's a year difference.

Are there any 2002 filers waiting still under this category? Only a few cases or there are plenty?

140 ND : Aug 1st, 2002.
RFE on "Employer's ability to pay"
RFE replied on April 20th, 2004.
Approval : ????

2nd EAD ND : Dec 2nd, 2003
Approval : ?????
 
Can't believe ppl are still waiting since 2002 for 140 approval. Good luck guys! May you all get speedy approvals!
 
well you guys will be the first in the Q to get both apps ( I140 and I485) approved since you have everythingdone . Hopefully they won't ask for another FP for you.

Looks like Brigand and folks like him have to wait before cases like these are acted upon.

Substituted Labor.
FP results received 12/20/2002
Already have 2nd AP(Valid till Oct 2004) and EAD(Valid till Dec 2004)
Just applied for 3rd AP.
I-140 RFE replied on 25 March 2004
My Company has a policy not to tell I-140 # . So I can not check the status online.
I have to ask Attorney to check the status.
As per last communication (04/29/04) I-140 is still pending.

Hope I-140 and I-485 pending since 2002 would be picked up some time soon.
