Any I-140 approvals on RD Sep/Oct/Nov without RFE...????

in my company and friends circle I140 RDs from August lastweek to September first weeks are getting approved..

please let me know anybody in October -2003 cases approved on EB3..

There was an approval for an EB3 I-140 case with a ND of 10/16/03 some time last week so it looks like they might be starting to get into *some* of these.

This was a no-RFE case -- there are plenty of people with a ND even more recent than this who have been approved because they got an RFE (and after the USCIS receives a reply to these, it seems that the processing for the I-140 is often completed).

Most of the recent approvals that I've seen have been for July - August though.

That said, the date for EB3 I-140's did jump by 83 days with the last update so an optimist might think that they could get to October cases by the next update. Of course, it's unclear how/if the changes to the handling of concurrently filed I-140 + I-485 will affect these cases (or any cases for that matter).

I found at least 85 - I140 approvals for EAC04019##### on 11/13/2003 (yes with in 16 days- - - without RFE... )

which is strange.. my number both before and after (nearest) of my number got approved ..

the thing is .. i have very bad luck... my friend applied on August 28 he got approved.. mine is excatly two month from him.. but no sign of approval...
