Any I-140 approval for July second week filer at TSC?

Hi Everyone,

I Concurrently filed(140/485/EAD/AP) on July 13 at TSC. I haven't heard anything with my case. If anyone got approval for I-140 submitted during
this period, please post your details.

Thanks for your message. I applied in both Eb1 and Eb2 category. I-140 submitted
on July13th and 485 was submitted on Aug 1st. Hoping to hear something soon.

He got his approval email from USCIS on 27th Feb 2008

Guys,

That's me. I got my I-140 approved last week. Today, the HR also gave me the copy of approval notice she got.

I filed on 27th July 2008 and there was no LUD or anything until, I got the approval last week. My case was concurrent
 
Hi Everyone,

I read about that pilot plus program in TSC, but I am still wondering, why my 485 and EAD, AP s are with NSC and my 140 is with TSC?
I am assuming that they are still at their separate locations as whenever I check status online, it shows those centers.
Does that mean any issue with my concurrent filings?

I-140 and I-485 service center jurisdictions have different criterias. Are your location and your employer's location are different?

Yes, I am working with a client in Oregon and my employer is in Pittsburgh, PA. Does that make more complex for 140 approval??

Hi Guys,

Just want to update everyone that as per USCIS online case status service, my EB2 I-140 (non-concurrent) was approved as of July 10th 2008 and approval notice has been sent out.

I know that many people are waiting for approval well before Oct 2007. Hence I was kind of surprised.

I Have following concerns though:

1) I read somewhere in the forum that sometime online case status is wrong or mis-leading. Can I count on them so that I start preparing for I-1485

2) Do I have the option to change the lawyer and file I-485 with different lawyer? id yes what documents I would need from previous lawyer ?

3) Along with I-140 I applied for transfer of PD. How would I know if PD got transfered ?

That's why your I-140 is TSC (as per employer's address) and I485 is in NSC (based on your address).

No, the above won't introduce any complexities in the I-140 processing.
 
Waiting for 140

Applied 140 and 485 concurrently in Aug 07. 140 Receipt date is Aug 5,2007 and notice date is Sep 27,2007. Got EAD/AP. Still waiting on 140. My case was transferred from Nebraka to Texas. Any one got 140 approved who applied during this timeframe ?

Waiting here for I-140

My case transfered from NSC to TSC on April 11th. RD is 05/11/2007. It is more than 14 months.

Am I eligible for premium processing ?

I am on one year extention. My current H1 valid till Feb 2009. I am in 8th year extension.

I appreciate all your replys.
