Any I-140 approval after LUD and no message change?

Has anyone got I-140 approval after LUD and no message change?
last LUD: 4/20/06 and then no updates at all....
EB1 OR
RD: 9/30/05
ND: 10/21/05
LUD: 12/1/05, 4/20/05
AD???

Could it be RFE or could it be potential approval? Please advice.

Research Assistant, with permanent job offer
1 published book, 10 presentations, 1 citation, 2 published articles.
that's all...nothing impressive
 
Good enough for EB1-OR. I know approved cases with much weaker background.

Currently the EB-1 adjudication becomes very subjective. Sometime it depends on if the officer had a good mate in the previous night :p
