Any Hopes of approval????

Do you guys think that those cases who got RFE and the IO is still working on those cases have any hope of getting approved even if this retrogression is again in picture??? Just your views?

I don't know. From what I understand it seems that September was almost a special case of them throwing out the rule book just for that month.

My feeling is that they will go back to the rule book now as otherwise the book will have well and truly been thrown out of the window.

Don't fret too much. RFE is generally a good thing. Means someone is working on your file and this is the only thing they found missing in your file. Once they get the response to the RFE back they will approve the case within weeks if not days. Doesn't matter if there is retrogression or not.
