Any hope for C1/D holder?

Situation
16 years in USA, married to a citizen, citizen baby, own house, got C130? Could not use it. Not enough funds to secure leave, not to mention risky due to 10 year bar on re-entry which could kick in.
I know there was opportunity for status change in 2001, which I completly missed.
I'm wondering was there any kind of amnesty planned when Bush was leaving, any chances with Obama for something soon?
 
Amnesty bills have come and gone, but never got close to be approved last 3 years.
They have at least one at House now, but circumstances are not in favor, I guess.
