As you know, people who filed after 04/15 seemed to get ND in June,
whilst those that filed before 04/15 got ND in April. We have seen
lots of pre-April 15th RD approvals.
Ciba just announced that there has been an approval with a ND in May.
If the INS will immeadiately jump to cases with a late April RD (even
though there is a big gap in the ND\'s) then
at least some of them should be currently assigned to an officer.
Has anyone with a RD after 04/15 confirmed with an IIO that there
case has been assigned to an officer?
I plan to call early next week, just before I send in my letter to the
INS to tell them I\'m changing jobs.
