They should just say it plainly
" Your case will not be processed or approved " STOP checking every hour/min/sec
this visa bulliten is pure crap.though they seems to show retrogressed dates,people with new pd's are getting approvals.they are just creating confusion,by saying preadjudicated.if so they should have finished all those backlogs before oct 1st.if they continue to do so,how do we know if they are giving away new numbers to people with newer pd,while tons of old pd guys are waiting still stuck in n.c.
the uscis has to be sued if they continue to do so.why the heck are they publishing v.b and why the heck are they posting processing dates every month.
