Any guesses for Feb Visa bulletin

I would say for EB3 (India), it would be 15th May. What do ya'll say??

Most of the people are guessing that we would move at same pace as Mexico & get stuck in may '01 as well. But i tend to differ. The delay in April '01 was caused by filing of Labour by many illegal (so to say) people. Since Mexico had lotttt more illiegals to file LC than India, I think we would pass mexico this month (for EB3)

Well i guess its gonna remain the same until this congress is goin on or there are some strong indication that CIR or SKIL bill or their bro and sis will be passed.

No better time for USCIS to pressurize congress.
