I can\'t understand this F*** INS. VSC has undergone audit in May, what they do it again this week?

My guess:
Next 2 weeks we may start to see 98 and early 99 approvals because of the new INS directive to adhere to the FIFO approach. May/June approvals ( if they don\'t start on H-1s for 2001) should start 2nd week of August.
Any comments ??
