Any guess for timeline???

Hi,

My detail:

EB3 India. PD Sep 2002. 140 is approved.

I-485 Filed on 6/11/2007.

Any guess when should I expect following:

1. Finger print notice.
2. EAD
3. 485 approved

Fingerprint notices usually come within a month or two, although it can take much longer (like over a year!).

EAD is generally 2 months.

I don't think you can expect 485 approval in 2007. They have to do name check and everything else, and take care of the many cases already pending. However it is still possible, because sometimes they do things in random order.

My details are similar to yours, my FP notice appointment came in 1-2 weeks after filing my I485 and the LUD changed the day after getting my FP taken. My I485 was submitted last month May 2007...still waiting and hoping to get my I485 approved before end of year if I am extremely lucky or realisticly hopefully within 1 year..
