Any good/less expensive civil surgeons in Chicago?

Hi Folks,

Do you know of any good and reasonable priced civil surgeons for I-693 (Medical Clearance) in Chicago suburbs? I'm planning to apply for AOS for my visisting parents and would like to know what is the normal price for this process. I have heard that different Drs quote different $$...which one knoes what he/she is doing and is cheap from your experience?

Also, my parents have absolutely no immunization records. Is that a problem? I know that my dad will test for TB+ve/inactive...what happens in that case? Has anyone's parents had the same issue and what was done?

I'm not in your area but just to give you an idea of how much approx. it would be, mine is about $130 which includes everything. My TB test is positive so x-ray needed to be done also.
