Any FP\'s from VSC for September?

Looks like VSC is still processing FP cases for August. I presume they have lot of 485 cases during that month because of PD advance in July 99.

If i am right, then VSC should process cases prior to July before the end of this year and then they will be stuck for a long time in August 99 cases just like September 98 cases.
