Any FP notices still coming in Mail?

In anycase, lets continue updating this thread with info on whether people get FP notices are not, so we can keep the focus of this thread going.
 
Finger Prints Notice Question

Hi everyone..My notice date is 03/09/2001.
I know that some people with notice dates after me gotten their FP.

How does the INS decide to send finger print notice to?
Is it per batch, if so how do they decide when the batch starts at?
if not then how can you explain INS sending FP to people that have ND after me?

This list will be useless to follow. Please provide info. if anyone has rec\'d their FP notices, there is another thread for general info.

It is difficult to go through all the messages to see if anyone actually got one.
