Any FP notice with nd in Nov?

Some people with ND in November got FP notice

Look at the thread Let us track PA FP notices.
It seems they are sending FP notices based on RD. I saw some people with RD of last week of September getting FP notices. Since your RD is on October 11 you may get FP notice in a week or so.

This is my guess.

However, I filed my application from VSC but get FP notice from TSC, anyone has the same experience?
