Any FP Notice for July 2003 RD??

Hello Friends,

I am still waiting for my FP notice ...

My details are:
VSC
I485 RD: July 2003
I140- Approved
EAD1 exp in Sept 04...applied for EAD2
AP1 expires in Nov 04...applied for AP2

Let me know, I see few guys of Aug03 RD recieving thier FP Notices??

I really think something needs to be done or we need to know why these FP's are sent in such random fashion or only for people who filed their I140 and I485 together. Yesterday two of my friends had received their FP's and their RD is Dec 2003. Whereas my RD is OCt 2003. The only difference between me and them is that i applied my I485 after 7 months from the RD of I140. What about you? Or is there anybody with RD of Aug/Sep/Oct who received FP and filed their I485 after filing I140

I applied for my 485 after getting my I140 approved in May-June 03.
I have no idea about what's going on, and the process in there...

There is no way to track on these as well.. I spoke with the National Service Center-toll free # and they have no clue about this, and they just read the 485 receipt details as on web-case status and say, this is it!!
Really frustrating-right?

Same response

I got the same response when i called them. I think we did a mistake by not applying together. Infact some people from march 03 already got I485 approvals. And i applied my I140 in march 03. What a stupid mistake i did by not applying together! Hope things turn for better and get atleast our FP's
 
I applied Concurrently I140/485 RD 10/24/03
No FP yet

Lets Keep this thread

Lets keep this thread alive and update the FP information as and when required. I was thinking only concurrent filers are getting. But now i know that there are still some concurrent filers from july/aug/sept/oct who need to get first FP
 
RD July 17, ND Aug-1 2003 No FP Yet.......

There are a lot of people who applied in July who have ND of August 1.


None of the person with Aug 1 ND have received FP. (I scanned everyone in second half of July.)


So hang on.........Keep Checking you Mailboxes.......

I140 RD July 2003, I140 ND Jan 2004, approved.
I485 RD Aug 2003, I485 ND Aug 2003, Received Processing, 990-999 days blah, blah.
1st FP Nov 2003.

I received my FP notice last week .Scheduled for 9/7/2004 .
Here are my case details

I140 ND July14 2003
I140 AD June 7 2004
I485 ND Aug25 2003
FP scheduled for 9/7/04
EAD1 apprved on Nov 1st 2003
EAD2 apprved on Aug 4th 2004
AP1 apprved on Oct 29st 2003
AP2 apprved on Aug 6th 2004

I started this thread yesterday, enquiring on July RD FP notices, and I recd one yesterday by mail, scheduled for the end of the month....my wife and kid have not recd it...hope to see thiers too soon

he he he...maybe, I will start a thread in I485 as well...:)

What a Coincedence

HI Murphy

What a coincedence. Just now my lawyer called me and told me that they received my FP notice. Unfortunately i did not receive it and i have a appointment tomorrow morning at 9am at dallas. My lawyer is trying to send it by Fedex overnite which reaches at 8am and also send a color scanned copy of it. Does anyone know whether they accept color scanned copy incase it fails to reach by 8am?.

Any inputs are appreciated.Thanks
 
who gets FP notice ? Lawyer or applicant ?

As I was running out of patience (RD June 2003), wondering who gets the notice. If it's my lawyer, then they would never notify me.

any clarifications could be great from folks who already got FP notice.

In my case...I recieved the Notice, and my lawyer too recieved a copy of the same....

Had fingerprints done and results were received in Texas on 8th Oct 2003


no movement in case since then
