Any Feb, March/ 2001 cases still pending, no ref???

why dont you call NVC to check status using 140 EAC#

somebody on this forum said that the 140 original stays at INS and only a copy goes to NVC if 140 is for CP. then, the lawyer submits to NVC to retain file within US if for 485. i would suggest you call NVC to see when 140 copy was sent to INS. either way, you have no control on 140 file movement b/w INS and NVC, but you will be better informed.

I am also in the same boat. Waiting for FP. Called INS month back. IIO said they are processing May cases. They will issue during my application process. If that happens still how long do you think to get AOS approved?

Last talked to IIO on 2-1-02. Said will refer the case to supervisor.
Still waiting.

On Feb 05, IIO said they were working on RFE.
Still didn\'t receive RFE and no update on AVM yet.
