Any Feb, March/ 2001 cases still pending, no ref???

When I called IIO first time on 1/10/2002 I was told the case was with the Officer and asked me to wait for 30 days. When I called them on 2/5/2002 I was told the case was assigned only on Feb 4th ( Strange response !!!). I am not sure what to believe. So applied for renewal of EAD which expires in April 2002.

Mine is same. RD 03/08/01, ND 03/13/01, I-140 CP
When I called IIO on 01/15/2002 she told me that it\'s been reveiwed and everything is done and you will hear something before Feb 15. I called IIO again on 02/04/02 and IIo told me that case has been assigned to officer in January last week, its under review. I asked her its delaying bacuase of I-140 approved for CP. IIO told me we dont have your your I-140. Usually officers send a request for I-140. Without I-140 they don\'t approve the case.
