any extension of visa required after the labor got cleared

Hai,

My current visa will expire in coming March. If my labor got cleared before that and I filed for the I-140, do I need to file an extension of my visa to stay in US. Is the Advance parole is enough for me to go outside US...Please give suggestions,

Dude,

U can only use AP if you have I485 and I140 filed. U say labor not cleared so why do you dream of using AP.
