Anybody from MO who can give me the current timeframe
from filing AOS, a year after approval.
Is it mandatory that everybody who applies for AOS as an asylee
is called for an interview at the local office? or majority are approved
without the interview.
Any hopes for the BCIS moving faster with the AOS applications??

All asylee-based adjustment applications are filed with the office in Lincoln, NE regardless of your location.

Most cases are approved without an interview.

How easy is it to file the aos by myself or do I have to look for an attorney to do it on my behalf.

Most people do it themselves unless they have complications (like criminal records or health issues or if they are related to Comrade Pvlaca).
