Hi,
   What happens if case is assigned to an officer but no FP done yet.
   I have not received FP appoitment too.
   Please share your experiences.

Do you know if your case is assigned to an Officer?

Its Deja Vu all over again. Someone had asked a similar question a few weeks ago. Normally Cases get assigned to an Officer AFTER the FP process is completed. FP notices are sent out periodically and are based on where you live. Some locations get delayed as compared to others probably because of the sheer numbers of AOS applicants from those locations, for example, San Jose.

Do you know for a fact that your case is assigned to an officer? If so, how did you find out? If you were told that by an IIO, would you please post details of your conversation with the IIO for the benefit of others. Thanks in advance.
