I am an Indian physician on a J1. I am in my seventh year of valid J1 status (IAP-66) but the visa stamp has expired. I am likely to have a succesful O-1 petition. Does anyone have experience of processing for the J1 to O1 conversion in Toronto? What are the pros and cons wrt processing from India.
