Any experience requesting duplicate FP notice from IIO - Please Post

I have not received my FP notice although it has been over 3 months. My lawyer wants me to call the IIO. Anyone has any experience dealing with IIO regarding checking when FP notice was sent to applicant and requesting duplicate FP notice.
