Any ETA on the processing time for RFEs at NSC??

Any idea how long NSC is taking to respond to NON-PP RFEs? I believe they r not within their said 60 days timeframes........

I am also in the same boat. I have replied to my RFE on December 2006 and no reply from them. Do not know what to do. Any ideas/suggestions from fellow db members.

case transferred to NSC: may 2006 (both 140 and 485)
RFE on I-140: nov 2006
RFE replied: december 10th 2006
LUD: 26th, 29th, 30th, 31st January; 2nd Feb 2007
FP (2nd time): feb 2007
