Any EB3's Got approved recently

Based on the Visa Bulletin,I am assuming that there could be quite a few EB3 cases ready for approval who have priority dates before May 2001.So far I haven't seen any approvals recently atleast in these forum for EB3 with those priority dates.

This could be for three reasons

1)Either they don't want to work on Holiday months of November or December
2)They want everyone to keep renewing their EAD's and AP's so thay can make millions out of it
3)They don't know how to do set the cutoff dates based on the figures they have.

It is so frustrating to see this.We could be happy atleast if we know that there are some approvals and something is going on for priority dates before May 01 2001.

I think there would be another wave for old EB3 filers (pre May 2001) like it was for EB2.

mine approved in Nov

PD : Dec 2000 (EB3- India)
I140 AD : Feb 2006
I485 ND : April 2006 (only 1 finger print code 3 in April 2006)
NC : Requested April 2006 – completed Oct 16, 2007. Assigned to
officer on Nov 1st, 2007

I485 AD : Nov 7th, 2007 (No LUD since September 2006).
Card RD : Nov 13th, 2007

No approval so far in my case.
Dont knwo whats going on, i was told by lawer that if the Visa # is available then only they will issue either RFE / NOID, in my case we have responded back around 2 and half months back for my NOID/RFE.

Still waiting for the Approval.

Sofar four EAD's and four AP's approved.
NOID on I-485, ( Employment verification letter) Answered around 6 weeks back and message says RFE response received and there are three LUD's on 1-485. 09/09, 09/10 and 09/11, after that no response
