Any EB3 with priority date after March-April 2002 who are approved?

Hey

Is there anyone EB3 with a priority date in March-April 2002 or later who have had processing started on their application or who have been approved?
I am April 2002, and I have given my FP recently. I want to know if processing will start now or after retrogression dates move forward?
