Any EB3 with current PD waiting from NSC?

I am trying to keep a track of NSC EB3 cases, with RD/ND around March 2000, which are waiting for I485 approval.

I was wondering if NSC is processing any EB3 cases. I saw bunch of EB2 approvals with RD/ND around 3/00, but did not see a single EB3 approval.

Please post your details if you are among those EB3 waiters...

Mine is EB3, NSC PD 11/2/97 ( Missed by 1 day in FEB, now current). RD 9/3/99 ND 10/14/99 FP 11/28/2000 no RFE and so far no AVM...

I was browsing this message and at the same time called INS and at last....AVM said those 5 magic words \'This case has been approved\' it was approved on 4/11/2001. All my details are posted in previous message, my country is INDIA.

Gys/Dolls this is a great feeling, it has been wonderful emotional roller-coster and even miserable times have been cherished ones, thanks to this BB.

During my sad times, I had pledged to myself to help my country by countribution, and this BB guided me to CRY..I wish good luck to everyone and hope that one they get GC they will do some charity for needy.

What is your PD? Is it 9/2/97 or 11/2/97. You said you missed by one
day in FEB. March cut off is 9/1/97. My PD is 9/2/97 and rd is 8/30/99
nd is 10/7/99 FP 6/00 no AVM

My PD is 9/2/97 NOT 11/2/97 (confused month of SEP as NOV)

You should get AVM message today!!!.

If you don\'t get it by tuesday, call them up, may be they want re-do of medical ( I sincerely hope not)

I just heard on the AVM that my 485 is approved today. Following are the details: EB3 INDIA PD 9/97, RD 8/99, ND 9/99 and FP 06/00. Thanks everyone for sharing lot of information on this discussion board.

I just checked and AM says this case has been approved here are my full details.. EB3-INDIA, ID is 9/2/97 and ID is 8/30/99 ND is 10/7/99 FL 6/00.

It has been an incredible journey of four years. But some how I got here. Thanks to everyone who has been posting messages here. Last couple of months this site gave me good support. Good luck to all of you guys.

Congrats!
It seemed that your PD became current in March. And for some reason, NSC put all EB3(India, China) cases on hole. I have seen several old EB3 (with RD is 9/99-10/99) cases got approved in the last couple of week, i.e. starting from April. I guess NSC just picked up EB3s from April.

My RD 3/31/00, ND 4/26/00, EB3, China, PD 8/97, FP 12/26/00, still waiting.....
