Well, mine was March 2 (EB3) I just got RFE. No idea what it is about yet.
 
March 25th 04 approved

Guys,

A friend of mine who filed on the 25th of March 04 got his approval a few weeks ago. PD on his case is August 01.

Saras76 was refering to me. I-140 filing date: 3/24/04. Approval date: 12/17/04. Hope that helps.

Its one of the possibility. Though it takes about 2 months to get a reply from FBI once you ask them via e-mail, there is no harm in doing so. You might get approval within 2 months, but what if you don't ?

Your 140 has been approved around the same time as mine. Did you/ur meployer/lawyer receive the approval notice (hard copy)? We havent received it yet so I am a bit anxious about it. Please let me know.

All name check from FBI is a crap, they do as it comes and clear faster. It is getting hold only at TSC. It took almost four months for me to get the mail back from FBI saying they cleared four days after I gave the FP. Waiting that long from FBI mail is waste. It is all inside TSC.
