Any EB2-INDIA - ND - 1/00 Still Waiting

Hello,

I see most of the ND\'s in 1/00 being Approved/RFE\'d. Most of my friends/colleagues having similar dates have been Approved/RFE\'d
in early April. I called IIO\'s in April and May and got the
standard reply wait 60-90 Days.

Is it too early to contact a Senator/Congressman?

No It is not too early to contact Senator/Congressman. We have been seeing July cases also and INS itself claims they are processing June cases, I would say take necessary actions to get going on...

Thanks OCT2000 for your Comments. I will go ahead and contact
my Congressman. Would it be better to contact a Senator or
a Congressman? Also, does any body have a sample letter?
