Any EB2 I-140s WAC-01-246-xxxxx or later approved?

Looks like INS is still doing July 30 th. Tey have been on that date for the past

month and a half !! Just wondering when they would start getting to cases in Aug/ Sep. !!
 
Makes sense, due to 245i

Well, since the SESA has been working on the large number of 245i cases for the last couple of months, now the bottleneck must have shifted to I-140.
 
245 i should not be effected much for EB1-EB3

How many illegal 140 applicants have filed for these categories then?
 
245(i) may not be affecting the EB cases as titi says.

In fact the labor cert delays could have resulted in a lot lesser number of I-140 applications. The posts in the Labor cert section seem to indicate that there have not been too many labor approvals in july-september timeframe due to the DOL also getting backed up !!
So it looks like INS is just focussing on something else..
