Any EB2 Approvals lately?

I am curious... any EB2 approvals happening at all? I am seeing approvals for a lot of cases for EB3 from 2002 and 2003

Is anyone else stuck from early 2004 EB2?

my own details:
Labor Priotity Date: Mar 2004
140/485 RD: Jan 2005
multiple EAD's/ AP's/ Ac-21 etc

I think NSC is processing cases based on RD. There are fewer EB2 cases with RD in 2003 and 2004 compared to EB3 cases. Hence the apparent EB3 flood.

Once RD goes into 2005, you'll see a mix of EB3 and EB2 - in any case EB2 are much less than EB3s - so the trend would always be more EB3s when dates are current.

btw, there were about 3 or 4 EB2 approvals here in the last few days.

I received the magic email today. USCIS has ordered Card production.

485 RFE June 2006
485 Approval 20Jun2007
