Any EB2 adjustee with no job/address change received RFE on or after 1st April 2003 ?

Are there any EB2 adjustee who got Employment related RFE , on or after 1st April 2003 under the following scenario?

Changed job but did not inform INS

OR

Did not change address.

mine is AC21 case so I changed job... but in the same metro area. Did not inform BCIS untill I rec'd RFE 4/22/03 (RFE date 4/17)

Living at the same address for more than 4 years...

Was your RFE employment related? i.e. w2, pay stubs, tax, employment letter etc.

Yes, employment related but asked last 6 paystubs (3 months in my case) and employment letter stating salary, job responsibility and continued interest. And forgot to mention I was filed under EB2 category... Bachelor's + 5 years experience...

Did your sponsoring employer have any publicly known layoffs or any RFE on financial capability during I140 stage ?

I believe so... as there were 2 big lay offs and then third one when they started closing office and I was effected by that one... they reduced from 1500 to 600 people... :(

NO RFE on financials as company was doing great till 2000 and when my papers were filed in 2001 they used 2000 figures...

since filed I485 , I have not changed job/address. EB2. VSC issued an RFE on 5/13. I am waiting for RFE notice.
