ANY EB-3 India folks still pending who are current in MAY 08

Either there are no more old EB-3 pending cases which is good news

or people are tired of tracking their cases....

Anybody still pending even after a wave of approvals since last two weeks and were current this month and will be current in May 08?

My case was approved last month, security check was pending as of case was approved. Before my case got approved , I called TSC and lady told that my case fall under new name check rule and she informed me that she is forwarding my case to an officer. With in 2 days I got approval.

This may not happen all the times..just my expereince..

Should I extend out eads

My pd is july 2001, well within the May 08 processing time, our eads expire in July.

I am not using ead, while my wife does, should I waste $700 on extending eads?

I already applied for EAD renewal as I am primary applicant and it is expiring in August.
