Count me in. I got my EAD approved. I guess you are fine. I got my card in 58 days from the RD.

Hi, How long did it take for you to get EAD approval? I sent my application to Chicago one week ago, no receipt yet. My old EAD will expire on May 18, I don't know if I could get the new one before the expiration.

It took 51 days from start to finish.
Do we need to refile for EAD and AP
My spouse's case has been transferred to the local Chicago office, while mine (the primary applicant) has been approved. Before the transfer, our 3rd AP and EAD applications were outstanding at the VSC. Will they transfer the pending AP and EAD applications of my spouse also or do I need to refile for them at the Chicago local office. The case was transferred on Mar 11, 2005, but the original RD is Nov 2002. Any estimate on when my spouse can expect to get her interview. Thanks,
