Any downside of PIO or OCI cards?

We were getting ready to file OCI when someone adviced that holding either of those cards might pose a potential risk in dealing with certain defense contracting firms like Northrupp, Raytheon etc. etc. This could mean, problems in working there as employee... or getting a project from them etc.

Can anyone comment on this? Thanks,
